The Enterprise Account Manager (AM) is a crucial role in our organization responsible for managing the relationship between existing clients and Dresner Group. The qualified AM is expected to develop business opportunities and maintain active ones from an assigned group of clients. The AM will establish a cadence of onsite and remote customer meetings as well as recurring meetings with Dresner Group service delivery teams to ensure all account activities are prioritized and in the best interest of the customer.

As an Enterprise Account Manager, picture yourself:

  • Acting as the customer liaison and primary point of contact with overall responsibility of the partnership between Dresner Group and the client.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction surveys are sent, completed, and measured on a quarterly basis.
  • Coordinating with a variety of Dresner Group departments to leverage resources as needed to address service requests, client\Dresner Group relationship matters, billing concerns, etc.
  • Verifying customer account data and documentation is up to date in appropriate Dresner Group systems.
  • Identifying and proposing extended services, projects, and product offerings.
  • Performing daily and weekly opportunity queue management to ensure its compliance to company business development projection standards including, but not limited to, opportunity status, close date, close percentage, revenue approximation, etc.
  • Working directly with the service delivery and solution design teams to schedule scoping calls and following up to ensure timely delivery of purchase agreement to customers.
  • Attending training events related to key Dresner Group services and Dresner Group partner\vendor offerings.
  • Working directly with Dresner Group senior management on campaigns and initiatives and ensure timely follow ups from operations team.

Our ideal Enterprise Account Manager has:

  • Several years of prior business development management experience.
  • The ability to translate technical content to non-technical customers.
  • A strong understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • The ability to take ownership of attaining performance goals.
  • A results-oriented drive.
  • A strong work and service ethic.
  • Fantastic poise and judgment.
  • The desire to grow their technical skillset through continuing education and certification, such as A+, ITIL, MCSA, and sales based technical training.
